Located in the heart of Austin’s downtown business district,

AF Studio comprises the downstairs unit of a historic, creative rental space. This special building was constructed in 1870 and is filled with charming trim work, original hardware, and celebrated for it’s aged character.

AF Studio is primarily used as the art studio for local artist Aileen Fitzgerald, and is open by appointment only. The upstairs unit houses Ashleigh Amoroso Studio, a full service food photography studio with a shoot kitchen and prep kitchen. Both unique studio spaces are available for production and workshop rentals. There is the additional option of renting out the entire building.
